Chiro Pro

Chiro Pro is a chiropractic practice on the New South Wales Central Coast, located at 1/441 Ocean Beach Rd in Umina Beach inside Peak Physique. The clinic is led by chiropractor Dr Christopher Metcalfe, who having worked through a number of his own injuries brings a personal understanding of the recovery process to his work. A hiker, nature lover and gym enthusiast, Dr Chris focuses on guiding patients through their recovery both physically and mentally, with an emphasis on practical advice that helps people stay comfortable and active well after their treatment.

The practice cares for a broad cross-section of the local community, from athletes and active adults managing overuse injuries through to older adults and pregnant patients seeking gentle, trimester-appropriate support. Care is tailored to the individual, with the option of low-force, instrument-assisted adjusting for those who prefer a gentler approach or who are nervous about manual treatment. Patients do not need a referral to book, and treatment typically begins at the first appointment after a full history and examination.

Fees are transparent and listed online. A first appointment for new patients is $129 and includes history, examination and treatment where appropriate, while continuing appointments are $82 and extended or re-examination visits are $99. HICAPS is available on-site for on-the-spot private health fund claiming, and the practice also works with DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, CTP insurance, Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans and Home Care arrangements.

Open six days a week with weekday evenings until 7pm and Saturday morning appointments, Chiro Pro is positioned to suit busy schedules and serves Umina Beach along with the neighbouring Woy Woy, Ettalong Beach, Booker Bay and Pearl Beach communities.
