The fine print, in plain English
- No promises we can't keep. We never guarantee AI citations, Google rankings, or patient numbers — anyone who does is selling you something dishonest. We build the inputs engines measurably prefer and report real results monthly, zeros included.
- Merit is not for sale. Paying never changes our "Best chiropractors" lists, your review score, or anyone's position in organic results. Featured cards are additive, capped at two per page, and always labelled.
- Free listings stay great. We never degrade free listings, inject competitor ads on them, or hold basic features hostage.
- Reviews stay untouched. Same unedited Google aggregate for everyone. We don't display review text, generate reviews, or filter anything.
- Cancel in one email, keep your listing. No lock-in, no exit fees, no retention maze. Cancelling downgrades you to the free listing — nothing is deleted.

How we order results
Featured cards are paid placements. They appear only at the top of city and suburb pages, at most two per page, always labelled "Featured · Ad".
Everything else is ordered independently of payment. City and suburb listings are ordered by Google rating. "Best chiropractors" pages use a confidence-weighted rating formula (clinics need 10+ Google reviews to qualify) and cannot be bought onto or up. Condition and technique pages list clinics whose own published information matches the topic.
Review data is the unedited aggregate rating and count from Google, identical for free and paid listings.
Common questions
Will this get my clinic recommended by ChatGPT?
Nobody can honestly promise that — AI engines decide for themselves and change weekly. What we do: structure your listing with the ingredients those engines measurably prefer (published fees, direct answers, FAQs, fresh verified details), and report verbatim what ChatGPT and Perplexity actually say about your area each month — including when they don't mention you.
Does paying change my position on the "Best chiropractors" lists?
No, never. Our Best lists are ranked by a confidence-weighted Google-rating formula and are not for sale at any price. Paid placement means a clearly labelled Featured card on city and suburb pages — nothing else moves.
Do you edit or filter reviews for paying clinics?
No. We show the same unedited Google rating and review count for every clinic, free or paid, and we never display review text or solicit reviews. Health advertising rules (and basic honesty) require it.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, and the price is on this page — the same for everyone. Annual billing simply gives you 2 months free. If you cancel, your listing stays live as a standard free listing.
