About Tuggeranong Chiropractic Centre

Tuggeranong Chiropractic Centre & Therapeutic Massage has served the Fadden and greater Tuggeranong community in Canberra's south since 1976, making it one of the region's longest-established chiropractic practices. Based at the Fadden shops on Hanlon Crescent, the clinic has grown into a multidisciplinary healthcare centre that brings chiropractic care together with therapeutic massage, Pilates, custom orthotics and on-site X-ray imaging under one roof.

The practice is led by an experienced team of chiropractors. Dr Nash Anderson (B.Sc, M.Chiro, ICCSP) works in sports chiropractic and research, serves as a Senior Associate Editor for BMJ Open Sport and Exercise Medicine, and is a former ACT Chair of Sports Medicine Australia. Dr Javier Palma holds a BA in Behavioural Science, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Complementary Medicine and a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic, with a particular interest in neck pain, back pain and headaches. Dr Louise Hughes (B.Sc., M.Chiro) brings an evidence-based, biomechanical approach and a special interest in sports and veterans' care. They practise alongside a group of remedial, relaxation, oncology and Bowen massage therapists and a Pilates instructor, giving patients a broad range of care options in the one location.

Fees are published transparently, with an initial chiropractic consultation at $195 and subsequent visits at $105, and X-rays from $150 per region including a report. Concession rates are available on request, the clinic welcomes DVA patients, and on-the-spot HICAPS claiming is offered with major private health funds.

Reflecting its long-standing sports-medicine heritage, the centre works with athletes, active adults and veterans, and maintains collaborative relationships with local GPs and specialists to support patients presenting with a range of musculoskeletal concerns.
