Top Chiropractic Hornsby is a chiropractic practice in Waitara, on Sydney's Upper North Shore, led by principal chiropractor Dr Top Kim (Tae Hyun Kim). Dr Kim brings more than 13 years of experience to the clinic and a personal story behind his career: he decided to pursue chiropractic at the age of 15 after watching his father struggle with chronic lower back pain, later travelling from South Korea to Australia to complete his chiropractic studies. That early motivation continues to shape how he practises today, with a focus on understanding each patient as an individual.

A defining feature of the practice is that Dr Kim personally manages every stage of care, from the initial consultation through to ongoing treatment. For payment, the clinic accepts Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referrals and works with all major private health funds, with HICAPS available on-site so patients can claim their rebate immediately.
