Chiro Health Vision

Chiro Health Vision is a chiropractic clinic on Grandview Street in Pymble, serving families across Sydney's leafy Upper North Shore, from Turramurra and Gordon through to St Ives, Wahroonga and Killara. The practice is led by chiropractor and director Dr Alan Lai, who brings an unusually movement-rich background to the clinic — drawing on eighteen years as a professional dancer, several years teaching yoga and a decade of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, all of which inform a hands-on interest in how the body moves and recovers.

Care at the clinic centres on the Gonstead method, a thorough system of spinal analysis and specific adjustment, alongside soft-tissue work, functional rehabilitation and ergonomic guidance. New patients begin with a 45-minute initial appointment, priced at $200, which allows time for a full history, biomechanical analysis and physical examination before any hands-on care, with standard follow-up visits at $105. For those who would like to talk things through first, the clinic offers a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. HICAPS is available on site so eligible private health-fund rebates can be processed on the spot, and the practice can work with Medicare Enhanced Primary Care plans for patients referred by their GP.
