Findings are explained at a separate report appointment, including the limits of what each measurement can establish, before any decision about ongoing care is made. Where another practitioner is better placed to help, the practice says so and recommends referral.

Fees are published openly: an initial consultation is $145, a report of findings $145, a standard adjustment $90 and a re-examination $120, and children currently pay the same fees as adults. Eligible private health claims can be processed through HICAPS at the practice, or patients may self-claim.
