The clinic maintains extended trading hours throughout the week, opening Monday to Friday until 6:30 PM and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Consultations are available in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

The multi-award-winning clinic is led by Dr David Huang, who received the Australian Small Business Champion Award in the Chiropractor category for 2022 and 2023, following finalist nominations in 2021 and finalist recognition in the Local Business Awards for 2020 and 2021. The clinical team collectively holds over fifty years of combined clinical experience. Dr Stanley Lum, who practised in Hong Kong for more than two decades, received The Gary Stavrou Award for Manipulative Excellence. Dr Adam Camerlengo serves as the National Shinkyokushin Karate team strength and conditioning coach since 2020 and is a former national champion.
