Sydney City Chiropractic is located at 563 Crown Street in Surry Hills NSW 2010, where it has established itself over 17 years of service to the local community. The practice was founded by Dr Michael Sideris, who serves as principal chiropractor. Dr Sideris holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, and is a registered Chiropractor and Sports Chiropractic Specialist. He has extensive experience working with elite athletes and Hollywood actors, and is also an avid pilot. The clinic operates under a "Patient first system" approach, providing tailored individual care that focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to heal.

The practice offers chiropractic care including spinal adjustments and specific spinal adjustments, combined with soft tissue therapy and remedial massage services. Therapeutic modalities available include Cold Laser Therapy utilising Photobiomodulation technology, also referred to as CLT or LLLT, as well as hydrotherapy massage. The clinic provides custom orthotics supported by GaitScan™ technology for detailed gait analysis. Sydney City Chiropractic offers treatment for patients presenting with chronic neck conditions, spinal subluxations, muscular pain and injury, movement and mobility issues, and soft tissue dysfunction affecting muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia.

The clinic operates Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30am to 7:00pm, Wednesday from 11:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 7:30am to 12:30pm, and Saturday from 7:30am to 12:00pm. The practice is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Health insurance is accepted, and patients should contact the clinic directly to obtain the fee schedule.
