Health Plus Chiropractic has served the community for over six decades since its establishment in 1961. Originally located in Wentworthville, the practice relocated in 2015 to its current premises at Shop 10/459-463 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150. The clinic operates from a bright yellow building on the corner of Church and Albert Streets in Parramatta North, offering free secure off-street parking and online booking facilities.

The multi-disciplinary team comprises chiropractors Dr Anthony O'Reilly and Dr Justin Ong, massage therapists Gary Fairhurst, Güzel Siyit, Kit Chadchanok, and Jared Holden, podiatrist Melissa Sandy, and exercise physiologist Kübra Erdinç. Dr O'Reilly, who serves as Director, joined the practice in 1985 and brings extensive experience spanning more than 39 years. He holds qualifications from the University of NSW, Sydney College of Chiropractic, and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, and has completed a diploma in rehabilitation through Murdoch University. Güzel Siyit holds certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with spine, joint and muscle injuries, vertigo and dizziness, back pain, headaches and migraines, sports injuries, pregnancy-related pain, foot conditions, TMJ disorders, and lymphatic drainage needs. Services cater to diverse demographics including children, pregnant women, athletes, seniors, and families. The clinic provides chiropractic adjustments utilising techniques such as Diversified, Drop Piece, and Applied Kinesiology, alongside soft tissue and muscular releases. Additional services include remedial, pregnancy, sports, and hot stone massage, manual lymphatic drainage, podiatry incorporating gait analysis and orthotics, exercise physiology, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, Epley's Maneuver, and vestibular rehabilitation therapy.

Consultation fees range from $65.00 for pensioners and children up to 16 years to $120.00 for an initial chiropractic consultation, examination, and one-hour treatment. Standard consultations are priced at $75.00, while massage services range from $65.00 for 30 minutes to $135.00 for 90-minute hot stone treatments. The practice features HICAPS facilities for health fund claims and accepts MasterCard and Visa, with payment required at the time of consultation.
