Dr Karalus has previously worked at Macquarie University as a lecturer and clinical supervisor, and holds multiple technique certifications. His experience includes serving as Principle practitioner at numerous national and international sporting events encompassing surfing, volleyball, ironman, swimming, and surf life saving competitions, alongside his work on the medical team for the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
