His previous roles include sports chiropractor for the Australian Swim Team at the 1999 World Short Course Championships in Hong Kong, the Uncle Tobys Super Series (Surf Ironman) in 1998, the Whitbread Around the World Yacht Race Sydney-Auckland Leg in 1998, and the Australian Olympic Swim Trials at Homebush in 1996. Additionally, Dr Pollard served as consultant sports chiropractor to Australian Swimming Inc from 1996 to 2001 and to the Taren Point Titans A Grade RLFC and Cronulla Seagulls Soccer Club. His research contributions include 145 published manuscripts in medical and chiropractic peer-reviewed scientific journals, along with the completion of 9 PhD and 3 MSc research students at Macquarie University, where he currently supervises 2 PhD and 2 MSc projects.

The clinic welcomes athletes from amateur to professional levels, sports enthusiasts, and general practice patients of all ages and activity levels. Treatment services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with the clinic closed on weekends. Payment options include Private Health Funds and WorkCover/SIRA coverage.
