Dr Jasmin West holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Business (International Business Management), along with RYT 200 certification. Having experienced chiropractic care personally since the age of five, she originally comes from the Sunshine Coast and spent seven years living overseas. Her professional interests centre on babies, children, family care, and women's health. Dr Christopher Reesby also holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic, supplemented by a Bachelor of Economics and Commerce and RYT 200 certification. Born and raised in Brisbane, he maintains strong interests in human performance and performance longevity, incorporating movement practices, breathwork, meditation, cold exposure, and nutrition into his approach.

The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with various musculoskeletal conditions, including low back pain, sciatica, disc problems, shoulder problems, and sporting injuries. The team also has experience working with patients presenting with headaches, migraines, cluster headaches, and tension headaches. Services include initial consultations, full examinations, and spinal X-rays when needed. The clinic provides complimentary ten-minute spinal health checks and utilises chiropractic adjustments alongside family chiropractic techniques. General wellness and family chiropractic conditions form part of the practice's scope of care.

Total Lifestyle Chiropractic Bundaberg welcomes families and patients of all ages from the Bundaberg community. The clinic operates Monday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Tuesday from 7:30am to 11:30am and 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 2:30pm to 6:00pm, Thursday from 8:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 11:00am, and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm on the first Saturday of each month. Sunday appointments are not available. The practice accepts payments through Private Health Funds.
