The clinical team includes Dr Paul Cater and Dr James Shipway, both holding Bachelor of Science and Master of Chiropractic qualifications, alongside Remedial Massage Therapist Ben Robins. The practice offers chiropractic care utilising chiropractic adjustments alongside remedial massage, dry needling, and tailored natural healthcare services. The clinic provides sports injury treatment and care for pregnancy and paediatric patients. The team has experience working with patients presenting with acute or chronic back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, muscular tightness and tension, extremity pain and dysfunction, joint pain and mobility concerns, scoliosis, sports injuries, degenerating posture, osteoarthritis, shoulder pain, strains and sprains, disc issues, TMJ pain, and general musculoskeletal conditions.

Initial consultations are priced at $100, or $92 for students and children, with regular chiropractic appointments available at $72, or $62 for students and children. The clinic accepts payments through private health funds. Operating hours are Monday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Tuesday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Friday 7:30 am to 11:30 am and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The practice is closed Saturday and Sunday.
