Appointments for human patients are priced at $115 for an initial consultation, $79 for standard consultations, and $115 for extended appointments, while home consultations are $200 plus treatment costs. For animal patients, initial consultations are $115, standard treatments are $79, and home visits incur a $200 call-out fee plus treatment costs. The practice accepts DVA, Medicare, WorkCover, NDIS, and private health insurance.

Consultations are available Monday from 1:00pm to 7:30pm, Wednesday from 7:30am to 7:30pm, and Thursday from 1:00pm to 7:30pm. Tuesday hours are split between Clayfield from 1:00pm to 7:00pm and Coorparoo from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, with alternate Saturdays operating from 7:30am to 1:00pm.
