The practice offers gentle chiropractic care utilising lower force techniques, with all chiropractors having received additional training in paediatrics, geriatrics, and the management of sports injuries.

The clinic provides treatment for patients presenting with back and neck pain, postural distortions, muscular imbalances, headaches and migraines, and pregnancy-related conditions. Care Chiro Cairns welcomes patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults, and has experience working with diverse demographics including desk workers, tradies, weekend warriors, and those seeking general practice care. The team employs gentle chiropractic approaches suited to the specific needs of each patient demographic.

In addition to the Bungalow location, Care Chiro Cairns operates clinics in Mareeba, Malanda, and Innisfail. The practice offers online booking for convenience and accepts appointments Monday through Friday with varying hours: Monday and Wednesday from 8:30am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm; Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm; and Friday from 8:30am to 12:00pm only. Fees apply for services, and Private Health Funds are accepted. The chiropractors are also available to lecture at clubs, events, and organisations upon request.
