Northlakes Wellness Practice is situated in Lake Haven at the northern end of the Central Coast, NSW. The clinic adopts an evidence-informed, holistic approach to health, recognising lifestyle choices—including how we eat, move, and think—as fundamental determinants of wellbeing. The practice offers chiropractic care alongside complementary services, providing support for patients seeking natural, lifestyle-based health interventions.

The clinical team comprises three practitioners with diverse qualifications. Dr Gregory Parker holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, along with Certification in Wellness Science Practice (C.C.W.P.). He is a member of both the Australian Chiropractors Association and the International Chiropractic Association, with personal interests in fitness, motorsport, and aviculture. Claire Parker holds a Diploma of Applied Science (Acupuncture) and is qualified in Cold Laser Therapy. A member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA), her clinical interests encompass women’s health, metabolic health, autoimmune conditions, and inflammatory processes. Dr Chloe Parker also holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University and maintains membership with the Australian Chiropractic Association. She maintains a special focus on providing care for babies, children, and pregnant patients, with interests including reformer Pilates, dancing, and motorsport.

Services available include chiropractic care, acupuncture, and Lifestyle Education programmes offered in 30-day and 90-day formats. The clinic provides Laser Therapy utilising Cold Laser (Low Level Laser Therapy) technology, and supplies spinal pelvic stabilisers (orthotics), specialised pillows, and essential nutrients. Chiropractic subluxation correction incorporates Spinal Health Assessment using a digital laser scanner for feet assessment. The practice is suitable for pregnancy and paediatric care.

Northlakes Wellness Practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 7:00pm, with Saturday consultations available from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
