Saturday consultations are available every second Saturday from 7:45am to 12:00noon, with additional Saturday sessions held once per month from 9:00am to 12:00noon. Note that Wednesday mornings, along with select Thursday and Friday sessions, are closed according to the specific rotating timetable.

The practice facilitates accessible care through various payment options, accepting DVA clients and Chronic Disease Management Plans, with health fund rebates available for qualifying patients.
