Movement Therapy

Movement Therapy operates from two locations in New South Wales, with clinics at 36 Young St, Wollongong NSW 2500, and Picton. The practice employs a unified "Movement Therapist" philosophy across its multi-disciplinary team, bringing together university-qualified chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and exercise physiologists. This collaborative approach follows a structured 4-step process: Move Well, Move More, Move for Life, designed to guide patients through progressive stages of care. The Wollongong clinic serves as the primary facility, whilst the Picton location features the on-site Hip Joint Cafe for patient convenience.

The clinic offers a comprehensive range of manual and movement-based therapies. Services include chiropractic adjustments and manipulations, dry needling, massage, manual therapy, and rehabilitation exercises. Additional modalities such as cupping and movement-based therapy are available as part of individualised care plans. The team has experience working with patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, posture issues, movement dysfunction, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Treatment is available for patients of all ages, including athletes and active adults, general patients, and NDIS participants.

Movement Therapy is a registered NDIS approved provider and accepts Private Health Funds. The clinic offers shared appointments and membership options to accommodate different care requirements. Telehealth services are available for patients unable to attend in-person consultations, and online booking is accessible for both the Wollongong and Picton locations.
