The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with musculoskeletal complaints, sports injuries, and pain management concerns. Services encompass hands-on manual treatment, exercise therapy, and individualised rehabilitation programs. The clinical approach incorporates massage, stretching, articulation, manipulation (HVLA), dry needling, and both rehabilitation and mobility exercises.

Osteopathic Spine and Sport welcomes patients of all ages and maintains consulting rooms across multiple days. The clinic operates Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, with Monday and Tuesday available by appointment only. Sunday sessions are not offered. Patients can arrange visits through online booking via Cliniko.

All treatments, including initial consultations, are priced at $110 for 40-minute sessions. The practice features HICAPS for instant private health insurance rebates and accepts payments via Visa and Mastercard. Patients holding Medicare CDM/EPC referrals may claim a $55 rebate per session for up to five visits per year, and DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs) cards are accepted. The clinic provides care for residents throughout Murrumbeena, Oakleigh, Carnegie, Bentleigh, Malvern East, and Chadstone.
