Bell Street Chiropractic Centre has served the Pascoe Vale South community from 562 Bell Street since 1992, marking over 25 years of continuous clinical service in the region. The practice is led by Dr. Joseph Messina, who holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) and a Diploma of Applied Science (Medical Radiography). Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Messina serves as a Lecturer in the Discipline of Chiropractic at RMIT, contributing to the education of future practitioners while maintaining close working relationships with local allied health professionals and specialists.

The team has experience working with patients presenting with acute and chronic musculo-skeletal conditions, back pain, and neck pain. Treatment options include Soft Tissue Massage Therapy, Gentle Manipulation when indicated, Therapeutic Ultrasound, and Interferential Therapy. Notably, the clinic operates on a basis where ongoing or maintenance care is not required, focusing instead on addressing immediate clinical needs.

Facilities include X-ray imaging referral services, with X-ray imaging available via Medicare when clinically indicated. The clinic utilises safe and gentle treatment approaches suitable for all patient demographics.

Same-day appointments are generally available for those requiring immediate attention. The clinic provides HICAPS billing facilities for all major health insurers and holds Preferred Provider status with Bupa, Medibank Private, and Transport Health. Medicare EPC referrals are accepted.
