The clinic serves the broader Toowoomba community, welcoming newborns, babies, pregnant women, children, adults, elderly patients, and families, utilising gentle techniques appropriate for all ages that involve no twisting, cracking, or popping.

The clinical team includes Dr Matthew Comerford, who holds a Master of Chiropractic (2001), a Master of Science in Chiropractic Paediatrics from the University of Wales (2014), and certification as a Chiropractic Wellness and Lifestyle Practitioner (CCWP). Dr Comerford is the only chiropractor in Toowoomba and one of a limited number in Queensland to hold the Master of Science in Chiropractic Paediatrics qualification, and is trained to recognise common paediatric conditions and determine when referral to a paediatrician is appropriate. Dr Emma Piovesan, who holds a Master of Chiropractic (2001), is currently on medical leave, and the team also includes Dr Daniel.
