HealthGuard Wellness operates from Unit 9/12 Prescott St, Toowoomba City QLD 4350, delivering chiropractic services to patients across the region. The clinical team comprises Dr Steve Osborne, who completed his chiropractic qualifications at RMIT University in 1998 and has maintained NET Certified Practitioner status since 2002, and Dr Rachael Salcedo, who holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Chiropractic) and a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic from CQU along with certification in Advanced Biostructural Correction™ (ABC™).

The practice offers chiropractic care incorporating Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), sports chiropractic, women's health services, nutritional counselling, paediatric chiropractic, and pregnancy chiropractic care. Treatment approaches include Advanced Biostructural Correction™ (ABC™), Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Foot Levelers Spinal Stabilising Orthotics, and homeopathic and nutritional support products. The clinic serves patients of all ages with particular attention to women's health, pregnancy care, paediatric care, and sports people.

The practitioners have experience working with patients presenting with neck pain, back pain, sciatica, headaches and migraines, and the practice provides services relating to natural posture correction and holistic stress relief. Care is available to support individuals across various life stages and physical demands.

Consultations are available Monday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
