The practice is led by Dr. Cherie McAllister, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology, a Graduate Diploma in Chiropractic Science, and a Master of Chiropractic, alongside Dr. Jay Harthun, who is qualified in Exercise Physiology and holds a Master of Chiropractic. As dual-qualified practitioners combining chiropractic care and exercise physiology expertise, they operate a family and child-focused practice with dedicated training in Paediatric and Antenatal Care.

The clinic offers a diverse range of techniques including manual adjustments, instrument adjusting and low force techniques, pelvic blocking, cranial work, jaw releases, Applied Kinesiology, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), trigger point muscle release, dry needling (musculoskeletal acupuncture), and strapping using both kinesiotape and rigid tape. Additional services include nutritional advice, rehabilitative and strengthening exercises, and the provision of orthotic and postural corrective devices. The team has a special interest in neurodevelopment, learning and behaviour outcomes in children, and has experience working with patients presenting with migraines and headaches, gut health issues, neurodevelopmental conditions in children, pregnancy-related conditions, and general musculoskeletal concerns.

Consultation fees are set at $120 for an Initial Consultation, $86 for a Standard Consultation, $100 for an Extended Consultation, and $82 for a Concession Consultation available to children, concession card holders, and pensioners. The clinic accepts Private Health Funds and maintains concession rates for eligible patients. Opening hours are Monday from 2pm to 6:30pm, Tuesday from 3pm to 6:30pm, Wednesday from 7:30am to 10:30am and 2pm to 6:30pm, Thursday from 2pm to 6:30pm, and Saturday from 8am to 12pm, with the practice closed on Fridays and Sundays.
