Dr. Axford pioneered Network Chiropractic in Australia in 1993. Dr. Hayley Adami joins the practice with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) from RMIT University, graduating in 2019 with post-graduate training in Network Spinal Chiropractic. Jacky Haworth serves as an SRI Practitioner and TRE Provider since 2013, and is also a Reiki therapist, Yoga Instructor, and provides Numerology and Tarot readings.

The practice offers Network Spinal care, described as the most researched form of chiropractic in the world, utilising gentle touch spinal adjustments within group entrainment rooms. Additional services include Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI) and Trauma Release Experience (TRE), supporting the body's Life Force through holistic healing approaches. The facility provides complimentary water and emphasises individualised care plans for patients presenting with various stress-related concerns. Operating hours extend across six days, with sessions available Monday 9am to 3pm, Tuesday 9am to 5pm, Wednesday 3pm to 5:30pm, Thursday 12pm to 5pm, Friday 1pm to 3:30pm, and Saturday 8am to 10:30am.

Consultation fees vary based on service type and patient age. Initial consultations are priced at $210 for adults and children without parents, or $170 for children with parents in care. Standard consultations cost $85 for adults and children without parents, $60 for children with parents or babies, with no charge for babies when parents are in care. Re-examination consultations are $170. Initial SRI and TRE sessions are $210 each, with standard follow-up sessions at $110.
