The practice is staffed by experienced practitioners with extensive tertiary qualifications. One practitioner holds a Degree in Medical Science from the University of Sydney and a Postgraduate Masters in Chiropractic from Macquarie University, bringing over 30 years of studying human health and wellness and over 20 years of experience as a chiropractor. The other practitioner completed a Science degree at the University of Queensland followed by a Postgraduate Masters in Chiropractic from Macquarie University, with postgraduate studies including paediatrics, and has over 20 years of experience as a chiropractor. This practitioner grew up in Peregian Beach and attended Coolum State School and St John's College in Nambour.

The clinic offers a range of chiropractic techniques including Diversified (Manual Adjusting), Arthrostim Instrument, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator, and Torque Release Technique. Services include Chiropractic Care, Corrective Exercises, Healthy Lifestyle Advice, Nutritional Advice, and Postural Exercise Classes. Spinal and Postural Screenings are offered free of charge for family and friends of existing clients. Health And Wellness Workshops are available free for clients by request.

Operating hours are Monday from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, Tuesday from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, Wednesday from 9am to 12pm, Thursday from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Friday from 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. Saturday appointments are available by appointment, and the clinic is closed on Sundays.
