The practice accommodates diverse patient demographics including children, tradies, office workers, professionals, athletes, and general practice patients from across the local area. The clinical team consists of three qualified chiropractors led by Dr. Janine Ritchie as Principal Chiropractor, alongside Dr. Joseph Pang and Dr. Naomi Knight.

Dr. Ritchie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Biochemistry) (Honours) and a Master of Chiropractic Science, and maintains Board eligibility with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. Dr. Pang has completed a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Master of Chiropractic Science. Dr. Knight brings a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Master of Clinical Chiropractic to the practice, with additional certification in Applied Kinesiology and dry needling. The centre offers various treatment approaches including chiropractic adjustments, gentle chiropractic care, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator technique, and Functional Neuro Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (FNOR).

The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, and sciatica. The team has experience working with patients experiencing movement dysfunction, gait abnormalities, and musculoskeletal injury, as well as those recovering from traumatic brain injury including concussion and stroke. Services extend to general chiropractic conditions, providing care across a wide spectrum of presentations.

Consultations are available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Thursday from 8:30am to 8:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm on a once-per-month basis. The practice accepts Private Health Fund payments for applicable services.
