The practice is staffed by Dr Sze Harn Woon and Dr Alyssa Chan, who provide chiropractic care to patients of all ages seeking support for musculoskeletal health concerns.

The clinic offers chiropractic adjustments alongside complementary manual therapy techniques including soft tissue therapy, dry needling, extremity work, and therapeutic exercises. The practitioners have experience working with patients presenting with various conditions such as back pain, neck pain, stiff necks, frozen shoulders, headaches, jaw pain, postural concerns, and other MSK conditions. The practice emphasises comprehensive diagnostic assessment and individualised care planning as part of its holistic approach to patient management.

Operating within a multi-disciplinary setting, Central City Chiropractic maintains working relationships with physiotherapists, remedial massage therapists, and a naturopath who are based on-site at the City Health Professionals facility. This integrated environment enables the chiropractors to refer patients to these in-house allied health professionals when collaborative or alternative care approaches may be appropriate.

The clinic operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 7:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, remaining closed on weekends. Online booking is available for patient convenience. The practice accommodates various funding arrangements including Private Health Rebates processed via HICAPS on-site, DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs) claims, Workers Compensation, and Motor Vehicle Insurance. Patients attending under Medicare GP Care Plan referrals are also welcome.
