Established as a second-generation family practice, the clinic brings together practitioners including three siblings who are chiropractors, a daughter who works as a podiatrist, and a son who is both a chiropractor and surgeon. The practice adopts a holistic and comprehensive approach to patient care, reflecting its extensive heritage in the region.

On-site facilities include digital X-ray capabilities, massage therapy, exercise rehabilitation services, and custom orthotic fitting, whilst podiatry services are available through an associated practice.

The clinic operates Monday from 1:30pm to 6:00pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Friday from 8:30am to 12:00pm, with Thursday closed. Weekend and public holiday appointments are available by arrangement. Patients may access Medicare (CDM/EPC) and DVA benefits, with HICAPS facilities available on-site for immediate private health fund claims.
