Dr Ada Collins leads the practice, providing family-focused care that is modified to suit each individual patient. The practice offers treatment utilising a variety of techniques including Diversified, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Thompson, Activator, Upper Cervical Specific (UCS), Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), and soft tissue therapy. Services include posture assessment, functional neurological testing, and orthopaedic testing to support individualized treatment programs. Aspire Chiropractic addresses physical, emotional, and chemical stressors, with Neuro-Emotional Technique available specifically for emotional stress management.

The clinic offers treatment for patients presenting with headaches and migraines, neck and shoulder pain, back pain, TMJ dysfunction, sports injuries, and chronic pain. The team also has experience working with patients presenting with poor sleep, low energy, anxiety and depression, poor balance and coordination, unsettled babies, and pregnancy-related issues. Consulting hours are Monday from 10am to 6:30pm, Tuesday from 9am to 6pm, and Thursday from 10am to 6:30pm.
