The clinic features onsite parking and street parking, situated a 15-minute walk from Glen Waverley train station and The Glen Shopping Centre. Payment options include HICAPS on-site for immediate claims processing, and the practice participates with major health funds including AHM, Medibank Private, NIB, HCF, Bupa, and CBHS. Spinal X-rays are bulk billed where clinically indicated.

Operating hours are Monday and Wednesday from 1:00pm to 8:00pm, Tuesday from 8:30am to 2:00pm, Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 2:00pm, with the clinic closed on Thursdays and Sundays.
