The practice operates as a teaching clinic for Gonstead techniques, where practitioners educate other chiropractors and students in this methodology. The clinical team comprises Dr. Matthew Panetta, Principal Chiropractor and Certified Gonstead Diplomate; Dr. Joash Boey, Gonstead Chiropractor and Spinal Biomechanical Expert; Dr. Sandy Wan, Gonstead Chiropractor and Women & Children Specialist; and Dr. Jarrett Doss, Gonstead Chiropractor and Sports Injury Expert. All practitioners are 100% Gonstead Certified and specialise exclusively in the Gonstead Methodology.

The clinic offers Gonstead Chiropractic care utilising the Gonstead Six-Step Analysis alongside spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises. The facility features world-class technologies including on-site digital full-spine X-ray capabilities that enable prompt analysis without requiring external referrals. Members of the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society, the team conducts full-spine X-ray analysis with precise line drawings. The practice accommodates patients across all life stages, including infants and children, pregnant women, adults, seniors, athletes, and office workers from Glen Waverley and surrounding areas including Mount Waverley, Wheelers Hill, Mulgrave, Chadstone, Clayton, Oakleigh, Vermont South, Rowville, Wantirna South, Springvale, Burwood, and Blackburn.

The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with various musculoskeletal concerns including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches and migraines, vertigo (BPPV), bulged or herniated discs, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder pain, arm pain, tennis and golfer's elbow, hand and wrist pain, leg and hip pain, knee pain, foot and ankle pain, nerve pain, pregnancy-related pain, paediatric conditions, posture correction, TMJ disorders, and scoliosis. The clinic provides free on-site parking and wheelchair access, operating as a multi-disciplinary facility with HICAPS available for private health rebates.

As of 2025, consultation fees are $120 for an initial consultation and $83 for standard or follow-up consultations. The clinic accepts Medicare CDM/EPC referrals though no referral is required to book. Patients can claim from private health funds on-site via HICAPS, and appointments may be booked online through Pracsuite. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, with same-day appointments sometimes available.
