Orthotic consultations are $125.00 ($95.00 for BUPA members). The clinic operates as a BUPA Member's Choice provider, and payment options include EFTPOS, HICAPS for on-the-spot health fund claiming, and Medicare referrals with rebates processed at the time of consultation.

The clinic operates by appointment only. Reception hours are Monday from 8:30am to 6pm, Tuesday from 8:30am to 12pm, Wednesday from 8:30am (with consultations from 1pm to 6pm), Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday from 8:30am to 12pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 1pm.
