The clinical team comprises Dr Matt Bonadio, Chiropractor; Robinia McLeod, Myotherapist; Ling Mu, Psychologist; and Zulekha Kathim, Remedial Massage Therapist who also practises Spinal Flow. Jan Bonadio and Kathleen Crouch manage reception duties.

Operating hours are Monday 9:30am to 7pm, Tuesday 10:30am to 1pm, Wednesday 8:00am to 7pm, Friday 8:00am to 6pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 12pm, with the clinic closed Thursday and Sunday. An online booking system is available, with new patient forms sent digitally. The clinic is approved for DVA (Veterans' Affairs), TAC, and WorkCover claims, accepts private health insurance, and offers no gap fee for all GP referrals under the EPC Program and Medicare CDM/EPC.
