Monash Chiropractic Clinic, formerly known as Azari Chiropractics, has been operating in Mount Waverley since 1995. Located at 401 Blackburn Road within the Anytime Healthcare medical super-clinic, the practice is led by Dr. Karen Azari, who brings 32 years of experience, and Dr. Michael, who together form a husband and wife team. Situated inside a large multi-disciplinary medical centre, the clinic works collaboratively with doctors and other health professionals to provide care for patients of all ages.

The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, tension and migraine headaches, sports injuries, car accident-related concerns, sciatica, arthritis pain and stiffness, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, and knee pain. Their services include chiropractic joint manipulation utilising techniques such as Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drop-Piece, Activator, and Biomechanical Blocking. Complementary therapies encompass myotherapy and massage, including therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, vibration, cross-friction massage, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Additionally, the clinic provides exercise programs covering stretching, strengthening, and rehabilitative work, alongside physical therapeutics such as ice packs, heat packs, ultrasound therapy, and braces and supports. Posture and ergonomics advice is also available.

Dr. Azari and Dr. Michael employ evidence-based methods with a tailored treatment approach for each patient. The clinic does not provide treatment for bedwetting, middle-ear infections, autism, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or spinal pain resulting from cancer or infection, referring these cases to a general practitioner instead. This selective focus ensures appropriate care within their scope of practice while maintaining integration with the broader medical community.

The clinic operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 7:30pm, Wednesday from 9am to 6:30pm, and Saturday from 9am to 1pm, with Sunday closed. Patients can book appointments online via HealthEngine. Payment options include HICAPS for on-the-spot health insurance claims, acceptance of all health insurance companies, and preferred provider status with Medibank Private offering discounted rates. The clinic also accepts Medicare Enhanced Primary Care referrals for up to five chiropractic visits annually with GP referral, as well as Veterans' Affairs patients with appropriate medical referral.
