The practice is led by Dr Nicola Roberts, an RMIT graduate from 2012 who brings more than ten years of professional experience to her role. The practice maintains flexible operating hours designed to suit varying patient schedules, opening from 12pm to 6:30pm on Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:30am to 2:30pm on Wednesdays, and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays, remaining closed on other days currently. The extended evening and weekend availability provides accessibility for those with weekday commitments, and patients can arrange visits through the online booking system.

Consultation pricing includes an initial appointment at $105, standard consultations at $70, and chiro massage sessions at $105. New patients are eligible for an introductory offer, with the initial consultation available at $70. The practice is equipped with HICAPS for on-the-spot health fund claiming and accommodates patients with EPC care plan visits under Medicare. Reduced rates are offered for students, seniors, and concession card holders.
