Established in 1986, Dr Robert Warren / Mt Eliza Family Chiropractic Clinic operates from 155 Mount Eliza Way in Mount Eliza, Victoria. Now in its second generation as a family-run practice, the clinic was founded by Dr Glenn Maginness, who holds a Master's Degree in Chiropractic Paediatrics and has since retired from seeing patients. The clinic is currently co-owned by Dr Hayley Maginness, who holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Science (Chiropractic), a Master's Degree in Chiropractic, and a Diploma of Breastfeeding Management, and Dr Brianna Maginness, who holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic) and is a Focus Certified Provider.

The practice maintains a team of six chiropractors, two myotherapists, and six chiropractic assistants, offering over 100 years of combined chiropractic experience. Alongside the co-owners, the clinical team includes Dr Robert Warren, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Neurology, a Bachelor of Complimentary Medicine, and a Masters Degree in Clinical Chiropractic; Dr Jemima Hoult, who holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical) and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science; Dr Laura Lawrence, who additionally holds a Graduate Diploma of Nutritional Medicine and a Masters of Wellness; Dr Stefanie Pelz, who holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic); and Dr Bailey Yelland, who holds qualifications in Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic).

The clinic offers chiropractic care, paediatric care, cold laser therapy (photobiomodulation), myotherapy, remedial massage, and exercise rehabilitation. The team employs techniques including paediatric chiropractic methods, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), Applied Kinesiology (AK), dry needling, cupping, and functional neuro rehabilitation. The practitioners have experience working with patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, disc injuries, shoulder pain, and whiplash, as well as sports injuries, work injuries, and motor vehicle injuries. The practice also offers care for chronic back conditions, scoliosis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and pregnancy-related conditions, and specialises in infant and children conditions. The practitioners serve as international speakers on paediatric chiropractic and provide education and mentoring through Elevate Paediatrics.

The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm, plus Saturday from 8am to 12pm, with online booking available via Pracsuite. The practice welcomes patients from Mt Eliza, Frankston, Mornington, Langwarrin, Mount Martha, Somerville, Baxter, Karingal, Carrum Downs, Seaford, Cranbourne, and Pearcedale.
