The clinical team comprises Dr Braden Keil, who holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic), Master of Chiropractic Science (Paediatrics), and FICC, alongside Dr Louise Nelson, who holds a Diplomate of the Australian College of Chiropractic Paediatrics (DACCP). Dr Keil has authored Australasia's only accredited two-year post-graduate pediatric program and has published research in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics. The practice also maintains a YouTube channel featuring educational content.

The practice offers Pediatric-specific chiropractic techniques and specialised infant chiropractic care. The team has experience working with patients presenting with breastfeeding difficulties, plagiocephaly (head asymmetry), sleeping difficulties, unsettled or irritable infant behaviour, colic, reflux, neck movement restrictions, auditory processing difficulties, and posture issues in adolescents.
