The practice operates by appointment only and provides on-site parking for patient convenience. The clinical team comprises Dr. Mark Beovich, who holds a B.App.Sc Chiro from RMIT (1990) and has been practising since 1991; Dr. Alex O'Shaughnessy, who holds a B.Health.Sc/B.App.Sc Chiro from RMIT, is dry needling certified, and has Sports Trainer qualifications; and Dr. Sarah Benson, who holds a B.Health.Sc/B.App.Sc Chiro and has a Sports Trainer background.

The practice offers a range of chiropractic services and manual therapy techniques, including chiropractic adjustments, manual adjusting, and low force adjusting techniques such as Activator. Additional services include soft tissue techniques, myofascial cupping, dry needling, cold laser therapy, and rehabilitation exercises. The clinic provides family chiropractic services and care for general chiropractic conditions.

The team has experience working with patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, shoulder pain, hip pain, sciatica, disc injuries, disc bulges, knee pain, elbow pain, whiplash, and sports injuries, alongside care for general wellbeing. The practice welcomes families, children, teens, adults, and elderly patients, as well as those seeking sports-related care, serving the Bayswater community and surrounding Knox region as a general practice.

Consultations are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, with Saturday hours available by contacting the clinic directly; the practice is closed on Sundays. All health funds and private health funds are accepted for payment.
