The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, jaw issues, stress-related pain, and gut health concerns. For younger patients, the team has experience working with children presenting with developmental issues, feeding challenges, and sleeping difficulties across all age groups. Services include Activator, Drop piece, manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobilisations, the Logan technique, and Applied Kinesiology for diagnostic purposes.

The clinic is open Monday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 9:30am to 5:00pm, and Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, remaining closed on Tuesdays, weekends, and public holidays. Consultation fees are $145 for initial one-hour appointments, $80 for standard twenty-minute consultations, and $110 for re-examinations where more than one year has elapsed since the previous visit. Private health insurance claims are processed manually with receipts provided for self-claiming purposes, as no on-site HICAPS facility is available. The practice requires twenty-four hours notice for cancellations, applying a fifty percent charge for missed appointments without notice.
