Surfers Paradise Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre has served the Surfers Paradise community from 12 Thomas Drive since 1973, providing over five decades of chiropractic care to local residents. The practice operates as a general clinic offering services for patients presenting with a range of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck pain, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, joint pain, sciatica and nerve-related complaints.

The clinical team comprises four practitioners: Dr Brent Gesch, who holds a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Master of Clinical Chiropractic from Central Queensland University in Brisbane, brings a background in national-level swimming and Rugby League to his work, offering techniques including Diversified, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC), Kinesiology and Trigenics, with availability on Mondays and Thursdays. Dr Adrian Chong graduated from Macquarie University and holds board certification from the United Kingdom, having practised in Glasgow and London; he maintains an advanced proficiency rating in Activator Methods protocol and has a special interest in working with patients presenting with TMJ dysfunction. Dr Bruce Whittingham and Dr Craig complete the practitioner team.

The practice offers chiropractic care incorporating spinal adjustments and decompression therapy, alongside massage therapy services including therapeutic massage, myofascial release and soft tissue work. The team has experience working with patients presenting with conditions such as whiplash, pinched nerves, tech neck, herniated discs, bulging discs, muscle strains, arthritis, meniscus tears, ligament injuries, runner's knee, rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder and tendonitis.

Convenient access is provided through extended operating hours including early morning appointments from 7:00am on Fridays, late evening availability until 7:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturday sessions from 8:00am to 11:30am. The clinic accepts Private Health Funds and offers online booking facilities. Holistic health practitioners are available on site to support patient care.
