The practice is led by Dr Graham Tripp, who founded the Bundall and Tweed Heads Chiropractic Centres and established the Tweed Heads practice in 1976, alongside Dr Karen Wray. The team comprises highly experienced and passionate chiropractors dedicated to providing care for the local community.

The practice operates with a mission to serve, inspire and educate patients within an environment that supports positive lifestyle choices through natural chiropractic care. The clinic employs an integrative approach and utilises Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) alongside a variety of techniques tailored to individual patient needs. Services are structured across three categories: Relief Care, Corrective Care for stabilisation, and Wellness Care to preserve improvements. The practice offers services encompassing family chiropractic care, natural chiropractic care for health and wellness, general chiropractic conditions, and musculoskeletal conditions.

The clinic welcomes patients of all ages from across Bundall, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Benowa, Main Beach, Merrimac, Ashmore, Nerang, Mermaid Waters, Isle of Capri, Chevron Island and Southport. On-site parking is available for patient convenience, and the practice accepts Private Health Funds. Operating hours run Monday through Saturday on Queensland time: Monday and Thursday from 7:30am to 10:30am and 2:00pm to 6:30pm, Tuesday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 2:00pm to 6:30pm, Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am and 2:00pm to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 7:00am to 12:00pm. The clinic is closed on Sundays.
