The practice is directed by Dr Mark Uwland, who serves as Head Chiropractor, alongside Dr Sebastian Cox. Dr Cox's background encompasses competitive water polo, surfing, swimming, nippers and strength training, with previous experience working with Macquarie University athletes, serving as an on-field chiropractor for Chatswood Rugby Union, supervising a swim school, and coaching the Macquarie University women's water polo team to Division 2 champions.

The clinic offers a wide range of technique options spanning from low-force approaches through to manual specific chiropractic treatments, with methods adaptable to individual patient preferences. The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, poor posture and general chiropractic conditions. Services include chiropractic care and remedial massage therapy provided by skilled and professionally trained Remedial Massage Therapists, who work to soothe tired and stressed muscles and assist in rehabilitation and the prevention of injuries. The team employs proven hands-on techniques and one-on-one therapy, developing bespoke treatment plans and individualised rehabilitation programs designed to facilitate healing and restore efficient movement and comfort as quickly as possible.

Facilities include free parking and toilet amenities. The practice does not perform X-rays for every patient, referring for imaging only when clinically necessary; when referred, these X-rays are 100% bulk billed. Operating hours are Monday from 7:45am to 5:30pm, Tuesday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Wednesday from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Thursday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Friday from 7:00am to 12:30pm, and Saturday by appointment upon request. The clinic accepts Private Health Funds and operates without contracts, with the explicit policy that patients will never be put on a contract.
