A previous national and international CrossFit athlete, Dr Kirby is joined by Dr Hannah Pickford, who focuses on sports and nutrition. Movement coaching is provided by Darcy Giddings, who represented Australia in discus at the World U20 Athletics Championships in 2024, placing 16th in the world.

The practice employs various techniques including Chiropractic adjustments, Applied Kinesiology, Sacro-occipital Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Dry Needling, Thompson Technique, Diversified Technique, and Activator Methods.
