Align and Activate is a holistic chiropractic and integrated healthcare clinic located at 57 Terrigal Drive, Terrigal, NSW. Founded by Dr Sara Winchester, Chiropractor, the practice operates with a multi-disciplinary team approach, offering services designed to address physical, emotional, and biochemical health concerns.
