About You Chiropractic is located at 60 Karalta Rd, Erina NSW 2250, serving families and general practice patients throughout the Central Coast region. Established in 2018 by Dr Lisa, the clinic operates on a model of personalised results-based care, tailoring chiropractic services to meet individual patient needs and health objectives.

Dr Lisa brings 30 years of clinical experience to her role, having graduated from RMIT with an award for clinical excellence. Her commitment to evidence-informed care is supported by postgraduate studies in clinical epidemiology. Complementing her chiropractic expertise, she holds a Diploma in Yogic Studies and brings specialised knowledge from her background in childbirth education through She Births and her work as a doula. She has also served the broader profession as a governor on the Australian Spinal Research Foundation board.

The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, and migraines, alongside care for general wellness. The clinical approach incorporates several techniques including Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator methods, Gonstead and Diversified manual adjusting, Thompson drop piece technique, Applied Kinesiology (AK), and cranial adjusting.

About You Chiropractic welcomes patients of all ages in a family-friendly environment. The clinic provides chiropractic care with an emphasis on personalised treatment planning, and accepts private health fund payments for eligible patients.
