As the longest established chiropractic clinic in the Bendigo area, the practice has served the Central Victorian community for decades. Dr Helen Ryan leads the practice, bringing over 25 years of experience in family practice. Having been profoundly influenced by chiropractic as a child and coming from a strong sporting family, Dr Ryan studied at the Philip Institute in Melbourne before commencing at the Bendigo Chiropractic Centre in 1990 and purchasing the practice in 1991. She completed the Functional Neurology Program through the Carrick Institute in 2006 and subsequently sat the American Chiropractic Neurology Board examinations in Texas. Dr Ryan serves as an instructor for Sacro Occipital Technique Australasia (SOTOA) and lectures in the Diplomate Program for Chiropractic Neuro Paediatrics.

The practice is renowned for excellence in gentle, low force chiropractic care, employing techniques including Functional Neurology, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOTOA), cranial care, and sports performance enhancement. The clinic operates Monday from 7:30am to 7:00pm, Tuesday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm, Thursday from 7:30am to 6:30pm, Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 11:00am, with Sunday closed. Private Health Fund rebates are available for eligible patients.
