Adelaide Chiropractic Centre has served the Adelaide community since 1969, following the amalgamation of Adelaide Chiropractic Clinic and Breen Chiropractic to become one of the first four chiropractic practices established in the city. Located on Level 3, 55 Gawler Place in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, the clinic provides convenient access for local residents, city commuters, and patients from across South Australia. The central location ensures the practice remains accessible to the broader metropolitan community seeking musculoskeletal care.

The practice is led by Dr Tamara, who brings over 25 years of clinical experience to her role. After studying at Adelaide University and Macquarie University, she completed her Master of Chiropractic in 1996. As a busy mother with active community involvement, Dr Tamara maintains a passion for patient education and empowerment. Outside of the practice, she enjoys bushwalking and Pilates, reflecting the active lifestyle principles she shares with patients.

The centre offers a holistic approach to health, combining chiropractic adjustments with tailored exercises and lifestyle advice. The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, RSI, hip pain, knee pain, and a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. Services available include chiropractic care, naturopathy, and remedial massage, supporting comprehensive wellness for patients of all ages.

Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with Saturday appointments available upon contacting the clinic, the practice welcomes patients throughout the week while remaining closed on Sundays. Adelaide Chiropractic Centre is a member of the Australian Chiropractors Association and accepts Private Health Funds, facilitating accessible care for the local community.
