Enhance Healthcare is a locally owned family business that has operated from its Mitchell location at 10/141 Flemington Rd since 2001, with additional services now available at Malua Bay. The practice provides chiropractic care for patients across all age groups, from infants and newborns through to elderly patients, with particular experience working with athletes, active adults, pregnant women, and families seeking care for all ages.

The clinical team comprises seven practitioners: Dr Natalie Sharp (B.Chiro., M.Chiro., ICCSP), Dr Saara Stevenson (B.Chiro., M.Chiro., B.Sports Science, ICCSP), Dr Timothy Porter (M.Chiro, B.Sc (Chiro)), Dr Sam Bettison (B.Chiro Science, M.Chiro) who specialises in paediatric and pregnancy care, Dr Azelia Glowacki (B.Sc (Chiro), M.Chiro) who focuses on pregnancy, babies and children, Dr Xavier Myung (B.HSc/B.App.Sc(Chiro)), and Dr Gabrielle Coles (B.Chiro Science, M.Chiro). Several practitioners hold sports chiropractic qualifications and have gained experience working at international sporting events.

The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, headaches, migraines, shoulder pain, pregnancy-related conditions, posture issues, whiplash, and concussion. As a CCMI certified clinic, Enhance Healthcare provides concussion assessment, management and rehabilitation services. The multi-disciplinary facility utilises diversified technique, dry needling, soft tissue and myofascial release, active release techniques, sports taping, and rehabilitation exercise prescription. Additional services available include massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, exercise physiology, laser therapy, running analysis and running technique workshops.

Initial consultations lasting 60 minutes are priced at $250 for adults and $230 for students and concession holders, while standard 30-minute consultations cost $130 for adults and $120 for concessions. Initial appointments for children under five are $195, with subsequent standard consultations at $105. The clinic accepts private health rebates, Medicare CDM/EPC referrals, DVA coverage for subsequent treatments, workers' compensation claims, and third-party insurance. Operating hours run from 5am to 8pm Monday, 7am to 7pm Tuesday and Thursday, 7am to 8pm Wednesday and Friday, 7am to 5pm Saturday, and 9am to 5pm Sunday at the Mitchell location only, with online booking available.
