The clinical team includes Dr Gavin Crouch, who has accumulated 40 years of professional experience, and Dr Kristen French, a CQUniversity graduate who grew up in a chiropractic family as the daughter of a chiropractor. Patients have the option to consult with either a female or male chiropractor according to their personal preference.

The practice offers treatment for patients presenting with back pain, neck pain, headaches, and musculoskeletal issues, utilising chiropractic adjustments and evidence-based techniques as part of their chiropractic care services. The clinic features a brand new onsite digital X-ray facility alongside easy off-street parking for accessibility. Operating six days a week with extended opening hours, the practice is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30am to 11:00am and 3:00pm to 7:00pm (with Friday evening closing at 6:00pm), Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 11:00am and 11:30am to 4:00pm, remaining closed on Sundays. Private Health Funds are accepted with HICAPS facilities available for convenient claiming.
